Description
The 100 × 38mm hardwood rail is the widest standard fence rail in our timber range and the most rigid.
Treated to H4 Hazard Class with CCA preservative — a step up from H3, providing enhanced protection suitable for more demanding outdoor environments. H4 is typically specified for ground-contact applications, but using it above ground simply means additional margin of protection.

Need to Know
Use carbide-tipped blades when cutting hardwood. Hardwood rails are heavier than pine — pair with hardwood posts for a structurally consistent fence. Sold individually.
