Terms and Conditions – Straya Online Fencing Supplies
1. General
All prices listed on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
Straya Online Fencing Supplies reserves the right to change prices, products, and availability at any time without notice.
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
1A. User Accounts
Users may be required to create an account to place orders or access certain features of the site.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any registration at our sole discretion.
We may suspend or delete user accounts that have been inactive for a considerable period of time or if we suspect misuse or fraudulent activity.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
2. Orders
Orders must be placed through our website or over the phone with our customer service team.
Once an order is confirmed, changes or cancellations may not be possible if processing or dispatch has commenced.
It is your responsibility to ensure all delivery details, contact information, and product selections are accurate.
3. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise arranged.
We accept payment via credit/debit card or bank transfer.
Orders will not be processed or dispatched until payment is received in full.
4. Click & Collect
You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
Collection is available from our designated warehouse location during business hours.
You must bring photo ID and order confirmation for pickup. Third-party pickups must be pre-arranged and approved.
Orders must be collected within 7 days of notification unless prior arrangements are made.
5. Delivery
Delivery is usually available to Brisbane, Gold Coast, Ipswich, and Bayside areas. Remote or rural locations may attract additional fees or require alternative arrangements.
Deliveries are made using crane trucks or flatbeds where required. Any deliveries by crane truck will be to kerbside only.
Please ensure adequate access for large vehicles.
Materials will be offloaded kerbside or to the front of the property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You must inspect materials upon delivery. Claims for damage or missing items must be made within 48 hours.
Straya Online is not liable for delays due to weather, traffic, supplier shortages, or other factors beyond our control.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase for stock items in original condition. Restocking fees may apply.
Custom-cut or special-order items are non-refundable unless faulty.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within a reasonable time frame.
7. Warranties
All products are covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable.
Our workmanship warranty does not apply to DIY installations unless otherwise stated.
It is your responsibility to install products in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and local regulations.
8. Limitation of Liability
Straya Online Fencing Supplies is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from use or installation of our products.
We are not responsible for any installation errors, site access issues, or damage caused after delivery or pickup.
9. Privacy
We collect and store your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Your data is used solely for order processing, delivery coordination, and communication related to your purchase.
