Description
The 100PFC Steel C-Post is the parallel flange channel (C-section) end post for concrete sleeper retaining walls. Where the 100UC H-Post has two channels (for accepting sleepers from both sides), the 100PFC C-Post has a single channel — making it the correct choice for the ends of a retaining wall run, corners, or any position where only one side of the post will hold sleepers.
A typical retaining wall needs two C-Posts (one at each end) with H-Posts at intermediate spacings. Both types are concreted into the ground before sleepers are installed.

H-Post vs C-Post
Use H-Posts (100UC) for intermediate positions along the wall. Use C-Posts (100PFC) at each end of the wall run. Most retaining walls need 2 × C-Posts and the remaining posts as H-Posts spaced to suit your sleeper length.
