Description
The Smooth Grey 200 x 80mm concrete sleeper is the most widely specified precast concrete retaining wall panel in south-east Queensland. At 200mm tall and 80mm thick, it delivers the structural mass needed to hold back soil loads, while the smooth grey finish gives a clean, modern appearance that suits both residential gardens and commercial landscaping.
Designed to slot directly into 100UC steel H-posts (or 100PFC C-posts with appropriate sizing), which are concreted into the ground prior to installation. No mortar required — the sleepers simply drop into the channel created by the posts.

How Many Do I Need?
Divide your wall height by 200mm (the sleeper height) to get the number of sleepers required. For example, a 1000mm high wall needs 5x 200mm high sleepers. Multiply sleepers by the number of bays to get total sleeper count.
Need to Know
Sleepers are heavy — each weighs approximately 60–80kg depending on length. Plan for mechanical assistance or two-person installation. Posts must be installed and set in concrete before sleepers are dropped in. Sold individually — price shown is per sleeper.
